A: You will receive an email reminder starting 3 months before your actual renewal date. We will also send you a text message reminder. Both include payment links.

You can also view this info and pay at any time by clicking the My Subscription section in your Member Area.

  • Go to My Membership and select View next to renewal invoice
  • Select Renew Now and enter payment information and submit
  • If payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email

A: Yes. Go to the My Subscription section of your Member Area and click the Auto-Renewal toggle. If you do not have a card on file currently, you will have to add one.
